Spiritual Healing

I have absolutely no truck whatsoever with religion.  ‘The opium of the people’, brainwashing, call it what you will, it is not for me and I do not understand those who follow religions, or whose faith makes them intolerant of others.  Rather like the political bigot, the religious bigot is blinded to the fact that they possess the very traits they criticise in others.  And, all those religions that I have come across have been laid down by men and these religions always place women in an inferior, subservient role.

However, I am a spiritual person.  I believe that there is a Universal Intelligence and I believe we are all part of that and that it is in all of us.  Science tells us that energy – which is what we are – vibrating energy – cannot be created or destroyed, which leads to another belief of mine that we – that is our energy – therefore lives through more than one incarnation.  I firmly believe that what we think about we bring about and that we attract people, circumstances and situations into our life that we want, but also that we need.  So often throughout my life the right person has appeared at the right time.

And so it has been with Molly Ann Fairley.  I have been working closely with an actress lately who is on the same wavelength as me.  In conversation she mentioned Molly and something she had told her, which gave me goose pimples.  I expressed great interest in what she was saying – that Molly, a spiritual healer had helped her to make enormous changes to her life by clearing leftover situations from previous incarnations and that she offers spiritual weightloss.  From September 2013 up until the end of 2014, I lost a stone and five pounds.  This was due mainly to no longer eating sugar, a feat I had managed through aversion hypnotherapy.  But that no longer appeared to be having the desired effect and my weightloss had stalled.

I want to add here that I am quite happy and at ease with my weight, but I had chosen to stop eating sugar because I had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.  Fortunately, by cutting out sugar I had managed to bring my blood sugar levels back down to normal, allbeit the higher end of normal, but I was concerned that if my weight went back up and I went back to my old ‘stuffing-my-face-with-sugar’ ways my glucose levels would rise with it.

A few days later my actress friend contacted me to say that Molly was looking for people who were willing to have weightloss sessions with her and then talk about it on camera and asked if I would be interested in taking part.  And I agreed to do this.

So far I have had two sessions with Molly, both via Skype, the first in UK and the second one here in Antigua.  She is a lovely, warm person who made me feel at home immediately.  We discussed my over-eating history.  I told her how food has always been my drug of choice and how I have spent my whole life looking in the fridge.  I was honest and said that I’d be happy if she could just stop me making those continual trips to the fridge when I open it and look inside to see if there’s anything different in there to my previous look ten minutes earlier.

Molly then told me something about my previous incarnation that made my blood run cold.  For the moment, I do not want to share what this was – it will be revealed when I take part in Molly’s filming – but it suddenly all made sense.  Something I’d dragged into this life from my last one made me overeat.  It also explained my attitude to one of my relationships.  And it also had me sobbing.  Molly let me sit and cry and then she said she was going to clear this so that it no longer affected me.

Well, three weeks later and I am like a different person.  My permanent obsession with food has gone.  I am eating healthily, with no conscious effort on my part.  I just go to the supermarket and seem to come home with things that are nutritious and good for me.  I’m also drinking a special smoothie every day that Molly recommended.  I wasn’t able to get all five supplements to go in it in UK before I left but I found the two missing ingredients in a fabulous health-food shop in St John’s.  I have this smoothie as my elevenses every day – it is delicious and I love it!  I am sleeping well; my mood is upbeat and I feel extremely positive about everything.  And  – miracle of miracles! – the trips to the fridge have just stopped.  I am eating when I’m hungry and when I’m full I stop eating.  I am even leaving food on my plate, which I have rarely done before.

On Tuesday, I was in Epicurean supermarket and I saw some Cadbury’s Creme Eggs.  As it’s Easter I decided to buy myself one as these have always been my favourites.  I can eat them three or four at a time.  But not now.  I bit into the Creme Egg and it tasted so sweet and sickly and syrupy I spat it out!  Awful!  Allowing myself to buy that egg showed me that I have absolutely no taste for them at all now and I certainly have no desire to ever buy one again.  Have I lost any weight?  I don’t know because I haven’t weighed myself yet.  But, I have to say that clothes feel a little looser.  I will weigh myself when I’m back in UK and let you know the results.

Molly hasn’t only helped with my eating.  I told her that I have arthritis and she said there was a lot of inflammation in my body, which I knew.  She said she would clear that for me and she has.  And as we sat quietly while she cleared my inflammation, I suddenly found myself shaking out my shoulder and stretching my arms up over my head with no problems, yet earlier that morning my back and shoulders had been aching.  Okay, I’m not turning cartwheels, but the stiffness in my back , my shoulders and my left knee has completely gone and in the last two and a half weeks, the fingers that were operated on (knuckle replacements due to osteoarthritis) are now bending really well.

I can only speak as I find.  Yes, I know that sceptics will say I WANT to believe what Molly has told me about my past life.  But all I know is that it is working for me.  And I am sure that once Molly’s film becomes public and her book goes on sale she will be helping hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

When our spirit is whole and healed so our lives become better.  This has certainly been my experience so far.  I can’t wait for my next session with Molly.  Meanwhile, I keep finding myself with a huge grin on my face and a fabulous feeling of well-being.

    • I think people come into your life when the moment is right and that seems to have been the case with Molly. The interesting thing is that I’m not really doing anything yet my constant food thoughts and trips to the fridge have stopped. I had another session with her this morning. So very interesting. xx

  2. I have read this blog and am very excited for you Elaine; I am that actress and have had such a lot of clearing from Molly and like you know it works. Thank you for this Elaine and looking forward to seeing you when you get back to UK.
